Yes of course. This can easily be done online on our website.
Just go to the tours detail page for which you want to change your reservation and click on "Edit reservation" button.
go to your myDan / myReservations page. Here you can see all your current reservations. Just click an the loupe to see all details and apply changes.
Attention: several details can not bechanged after a certain date, because we have made contracts.
We have found problems with your reservation or are working with it. Please contact us via the contact form if you need to change something. Or wait some time while we are working and return later.
Yes it is. First of all: we do everything technically possible to keep your provided data as secure as possible. Our site is programmed at the state of art.
The "secure lock icon", that is displayed in your browser whenever you are at so called "secure sites" indicates only, that the data during the transfer to the server is secured, (by HTTPS protocol) so that the browser and server are sure, no third party is listening - not more - not less. It however does NOT mean, that the site stores your data encryptet or on a secure server or that noboby can see or hack i.e. your password.
Despite this, we do big efforts to save your data in databases that are as secure as possible.
Also, we don't store any bank data on our servers. If enabled, the payment via PayPal takes part via their server and is much more secure than many other sites.
Currently we do not have HTTPS installed, but we will enable it within our updates as soon, as possible.
No, not currently with this software, we are sory.
We are working on that issue, but the data handling in complicated and needs some time.
If you want to make a reservation for your partner, your partner needs an own account to myDan and has to make a separate reservation.
